How do I apply?
Applying is quick and easy. Submit your application via our online portal on our website or listing rental platforms like Zillow or Apartments.com. For step-by-step guidance, please reach out to our leasing office directly—we are happy to help.
How much is the security deposit?
All Safra Homes require a security deposit of $1,000.
What is included in the rent?
At Safra Homes, utilities are not included in the monthly rent. Tenants are responsible for all electricity, gas, and water costs during the lease term. The landlord provides year-round lawn care, snow removal, and quarterly interior and exterior pest control services.
Is renters insurance required?
While Safra Homes does not require renters insurance, obtaining a policy is highly recommended to protect your personal belongings, temporary living expenses, and personal liability.
Do I need to apply for each rental property separately?
No, you do not need to submit multiple applications. A single application covers you for all available properties managed by Safra Homes. If you are interested in a different home, simply notify our leasing office to transfer your application.
How do I pay rent?
Residents can make rent payments securely through the online portal using an eCheck (ACH), credit card, or debit card. Alternative payment options, such as cash payments through Western Union, are available upon request.
When are monthly-rent payments due?
Rent is due in full on the first day of each calendar month.
What is the pet policy?
Pets are part of the family at Safra Homes! While we happily welcome your furry friends, some breed restrictions do apply. Please contact our leasing office directly to learn more about our pet policy.
What is the smoking policy?
Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited within the interior premises of Safra Homes. This restriction applies to all indoor areas throughout the lease term and includes, but is not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and vaporizers.
How are repairs handled?
Emergency maintenance requests are addressed within 24 hours. Non-emergency maintenance requests are handled within 1-3 business days.
Are properties furnished?
All Safra Homes are leased unfurnished. Each home includes a premium GE stainless steel appliance package, which features a microwave, dishwasher, and gas stove. All properties feature dedicated laundry areas, equipped with washer and dryer hookups.
